That background is the foundation of everything we do. When we sit across the table from a founder, we are not applying a framework we learned in a lecture theatre. We are drawing on years of firsthand experience with the same pressures, decisions, and trade-offs they face daily.
The name Kazen is drawn from the Japanese concept of continuous improvement. It is not a brand choice. It is the operating philosophy the firm was built on.
